I fixed my factory setup lol. It would wig out with a cassette in it. Turned out to be the tiny belts for the motors that engage the drive and the head/pinch rollers. They were slipping and confusing the unit. Now it plays fine.

Yup a very dim light. It gets broken a lot from what I’ve seen. I’ve been thinking about putting something else there in that slot but don’t know what.
