found a fender to replace my dented one. i think it is championship white tho. my car is polar white. i got the part from a 92 integra and it had white handles so i looked up why some have white handles and it says those are championship white but it should look better than my dented fender..
also got my sun visor retainer thing

I was going to look into getting some rods and a rod-bender tool to see if we can get new ones.
i just mean that little clip that you were 3d printing. my friend took it off the 92 integra while i was taking the fender off, he just took off the whole thing i guess because someone had aleady taken the visor itself
idk why someone would need a whole new rod tho i feel like it would be really hard to break that part. just needed that plastic part because mine broke when the auto seatbelt twisted the visor

I’m starting to pull together parts for a manual swap. So far I have:
Manual VSS (going to see if I really need this)
Clutch cable stay bracket for trans
Clutch cable
PR4 ECU
Used shifter and linkage on the way from eBay
I have a lead on:
Pedal set
Gauge cluster
B18 engine with A1 trans still attached so flywheel, mounts, clutch (if it’s bad I’ll put an exedy in), and intermediate shaft and the bitch pin is still in it too actually
I still need:
Starter (some say I can use the auto one?)
Shift knob
Shift boot (are the consoles the same?)
Shift linkage hardware
My big issue is I live in an apartment. So I can’t just wheel this motor and trans down into the basement. If I get this engine/trans, I’m gonna have to drive it to my buddy’s place and basically do the swap in his garage. But he’s up for it, so we’ll see how this all comes together.

Car has been idling really low lately.
Yesterday I had some time while the plumber was here, so I cleaned the fast idle thermo valve and the idle air control valve. Reset the ECU. Runs amazing! Yay!
wtf is it that easy? i need to clean mine too but im afraid the car will run weird afterwards. right now it idles fine unless its cold it idles so low it stalls so you have to warm it up in the morning.
i guess im just afraid of throwing off air fuel mixture or something but im probably overthinking it
They’re both easy to clean, the problem is that these coolant lines are HORRIBLE to remove unless you have small hands. That’s what sucked up all my time. And then having to refill coolant and burping the system.
I have those. They are useless when you dont have room to use them.
I used them at least to break away the contact area by rubbing em back and forth on the hose end, but there was no pulling room at all.

If everything goes my way, Sunday I’ll be grabbing that engine and trans, and may also be stopping to pull the rest of the parts I need for my swap off a parts car on the way home.
