(14 JUN 2026) What are you doing with your Integra this week?

Hmmmm…

So I took it for a rip yesterday on some roads, it definitely feels a little less rolly in the rear but that could be due to the “better” primary bar with less-shot endlinks.

Looking back at where my attachment points are, I think I might move the middle two points to the front/back section of bar just after the brackets. The effective lever arm from having the inner bushings where they are now probably does not add a lot, it’s like half the lever arm of the primary bar.

Volvo guys apparently double up swaybars on their cars which is where I got the idea:

I had no idea doubling sway bars was a thing.

It’s kind of dumb in most cases, because increasing the diameter of the bar (read: buying a bigger sway bar) quadruples the spring rate versus the increase in diameter, where I can only double my rate at most by having double the bars. But nobody’s selling me their ST sway bar so I got bored

I also think that the majority of any potential stiffening is dependent on the bushing screws/metal band. I mean that would have to be as rigid as possible. Right?

Ideally

First real day out with the car, with new battery.

How about the progress rear sway?

My car’s handling is pretty neutral with my 22mm rear progress bar and ST front bar.

I worry about a big bar like that fighting with my stock springs doe

Fight back, with stiffer springs. NEVER ENDING CYCLE!

Even with the stock suspension, the car will rotate around turns better with a thicker rear anti-sway bar. Neil is right. You can’t stop with just one  . Tires, suspension bushings, springs/shocks, anti-sway bars, etc

Might install some LED Headlights for the very first time. Ditching the halogens.
Neil, are those h4h adapter still available?

Yup check the store page. However, I have a lot of caveats for its use due to them being new. Check here:

Thanks. Would it fit at 9004 led bulb?

I don’t know. Is the 9004 for a different vehicle?

I’ve had people getting them for their Del Sols and Civics - but I don’t ask what type of bulb they’re using. The feedback after purchase has been slim.
