I started working on my da last week. Got ac functioning, replaced the exhaust isolators (after my exhaust fell off because the originals disintegrated…) and did a oil service.
I’m having an issue with my indicators. I have brand new bulbs all around inside the corner lights. Not leds.
When I signal left, the front left indicator inside the cabin flashes at a normal speed but the indicator bulb isn’t actually flashing in the turn signal.
However when I signal right the indicator is flashing quickly inside the cabin, but all the bulbs seem to function normally aside from being at an advanced speed.
I tested the lights with the headlights on and the daytime running lights function on both sides.
At one point someone had eBay one pieces on this car, but they never messed with the corner light wiring because it’s the same for the OEM and the eBay one pieces. I repaired the wiring for the main headlights and fog lights and those function as intended.
Heres a pic of the car and the isolators that were all basically done for. Ordered some motor mounts off RockAuto. Gonna be the next job to tackle. The car shakes like crazy. Are there any guides for installing the front and rear motor mounts? Googled but didn’t find much, at least in terms of full threads with pictures.
Crosstour transmission was acting funny the past few days. I had to delay Integra work to handle that instead: Performed a drain and fill – amazing how well this works. ATF be expensive though :-/
Would you be interested in a part that relocates your license plate to under the bumper lens? That’s what I had when I was living in Maryland. (I hate front license plates)
I just read my ABS codes for my car and the code it gave me implies there’s an issue with my right rear sensor. I would believe it because it looks like the surface of mars back there. It would be crazy if I could get my ABS to function again, and I will probably mess with it soon.
I did, but with the '93 FSM. Discrepancy between the teg tip and the FSM… Main code 4 has sub codes for 1, 2, 4, and 8 blinks. Teg Tip says the sub codes are 1, 2, 3, and 4 blinks.
