I’m pretty sure the second number (30) is the important one. My WRX is running 0W-40 even though it calls for 5w-30 spec and that’s a much more picky engine

Also the firewall pic is perfect. Looks like the cable is centered on that flat circle surface so I’ll drill centered.

Thanks dude! I actually cut/pasted a lot of the HELMS into a pamphlet for me and my buddies to use as instructions lol
do you think I should change the cam seals when I take the valve cover off or is the the end cap good enough for my cam leak?
The answer to that is case-by-case, you would need to see if you’re losing oil from those spots to know if they’re a problem in the first place.
