Ok, So I have searched and have come up with mixed results on this with nothing solid.
My question is, Are the rear emblems on a 1990 Integra DA stuck on there with only double sided tape?..or are they also held in place/aligned with the holes in the trunk too?
I basically would want to remove them if they are just stuck on there with double sided tape, but dont want to remove them if there are going to be holes in the trunk.
I know only the 1990 integra had no front emblem on the hood, and that it has a “pinstriped” INTEGRA on the back trunk…just wondering about the emblems now.
Thanks
Hey
From my experience with my car, I know that the rear emblem was stuck on with double sided tape. But as for the LS (my car) and integra, there are actual holes drilled for that in the trunk lid. Hope this helps.
Later
Thanks for the reply,
My car has “ACURA” on the left hand side and “LS” on the right hand side. Mine didnt come with an “A” in the center…only “Integra” in pinstriping tape. Guess thats the difference between US and CAN.
Yeah, there are also holes there.
on mine there was only holes behind the “A”
Yea hate to break it to you, holes I tried taking them off once, got as far as to see the holes and went “Oh S#@t” lol and stuck them back on.
yeah there are holes behind the “A” “Acura” and the gs or ls stamp too . Everything is double stick taped on them
