1991 manual transmission fluid

What does the owner’s manual suggest for the transmission fluid. What do you guys use for brand and weight?
Thanks,
James

Type it in the search column on google and you’ll learn a few options I recently did thst

eBay Honda manual Trans fluid Oem is the best option

Thanks

I got my OEM fluid from amazon.

I first tried the 40w oil (?), but after few months, 4th was starting to grind. OEM fluid cleared that right up.

I used a royal purple gear/transmission fluid last time.
The first time I used 2 quarts of oem honda fluid and mixed the last half quart of Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer gear oil for a total of the 2.4 bottles.
Honestly it shifts and feels much smoother when you mix in the Lucas oil stabilizer gear oil.
