1993 Captiva Blue Pearl LS

Freshly purchased new daily driver. 175k on the clock but kept in superb condition. Just passed emissions in WA and got my plates.

I’m planning on keeping this car largely original (since it is already) and upgrading only with OEM or very high quality aftermarket parts. Its clean and I want to keep it that way. Of course I have a list of things i’m trying to source for the car. Looking for new or excellent condition. Let me know if anyone has any of these items their willing to part with!

Black Armrest 08U90-SK7-212
Wheel Cover 08U98-SK7-201
Cupholder 08U90-SJ4-00004
Tailgate Weatherstrip 74440-SK7-003
Driver Door Weatherstripping
Acura Emblem 75713-SK7-A00
Integra Emblem 75722-SK7-A00
Black Rear Shelf 84429-SK7-010ZA

Wow, that is a BEAUTY! Great find!

That interior and engine bay!

OMG those seats. Amazing car. If I had any of those parts laying around, hell, I would probably donate them LOL!

clean!! looks like it needs the spoiler! haha

Wow! Fantastic find man. Welcome from a fellow Captiva owner.

Thanks… and feel free to donate if you run into anything good LOL

Apparently Captiva is rare? I actually had to look it up to see if it was an OEM option for this year. IDK that i’ve ever seen a 2nd gen this color.

I had to laugh when I saw your location because this car is originally from MA, before moving to Arizona to live out most of its life. Maybe this color was a thing there. I grew up in upstate NY but I still don’t remember seeing any like this in New England.

Yes, it is quite rare and was only available in 92-93. I’m not sure what he rarest color was for G2’s though. By numbers it’s probably Aztec Green since that was only available on the GS-R. Always been one of my favorite colors and I’ve always wanted one.

That’s crazy. Maybe it was a New England thing. When I bought my car back in 2003, I was specifically looking for a Captiva and it wasn’t that hard to find. I personally know two other members on the boards that have Captiva DA’s and both are from Rhode Island (mikenice and 92BlueTeg).

I thought maybe this car was familiar… I just realized it was one of the ebay auctions I’d been watching  Amazing paint for an AZ car, so much of the stuff out there are faded to all hell!

I’m super jealous of how good of shape that is in. Also Captiva Blue is my favourite colour on G2’s, but I may be heavily biased.

HAHA yes it is that car. Surprise from my wife (love her).

The owner said he kept it under a car cover most of the time which accounts for the minimal fading. The weatherstripping needs some attention. I’m going to see what I can do to wake it up with some of the Honda-Shin Etsu grease. Probably wont help since this is more of a maintenance item.

Reminds me when I first got mine captiva blue da except this one is ten times cleaner than mine was, great find hope you enjoy her she’s a beauty.

Had to scroll through the pics again. What a beauty. Don’t change a thing!

Here’s whats available in my area!

I’ve seen more Aztec Green GSR’s than Red or White. The rarest color in my opinion is the isle Green Pearl on the 93 LS Special. I have only seen one in person. The other two rare colors that I remember is the 90 honey biege metalic ( with brown interior) and the 93 Horizon Grey ( I have a passenger fender in my garage from one ).

Fantastic color. The OPs car looks great too!

Found this nice link to paint codes for all 4 years of the second generation integra coupes and sedans. http://www.hondareference.com/acuraintegra/1990-1993

Wow, that thing is gorgeous. Love the color. Congratulations!

Looks great! Reminds me of when I picked up my CBP
