yeah it was a sad day. i need to get a new passenger side axle because this one doesnāt fit,its short.i also have to re-seal the windshield and back window.i did a leak test and found a small leak that i have to cover up with 3m. getting it painted in about 4 weeks. also Iām probably heading to Texas this summer,hopefully we can have a small meet.

got another DA,for 500$,axles click and that;s about it. has a/c and everything. my DD for now.

first of all it was vandalized. and a 06 ram hit me while i was filling it up with gas. as far as the motor goes. i got screwed over by the person that build the block for me.he put one LS thrust washer. if you work on b17 motors you know that the thrust washers are thinner than ls washers.he put one ls and one OEM and only torqued down the 5th main cap.plus i found one oil pick up nut just chilling in my oil pan. yes i understand car is not PERFECT and not clean.but i am doing my best.if you donāt like it thats fine because i do and i will only progress in it and learn as i go. thanks all for the comments.

Hrm Iām not going to let anyone build my block, itās getting bored honed hot tanked and then measured, once thatās done Iām going to do all assembly myself to the tight side of OE spec. That way I can check everything as I go 538 times over. Honda motors have to be done absolutely perfect in spec (well all motors really, but honda makes their motors those specās for a reason and if you go within those numbers the motor should hold up wonderfully as long as the parts are quality parts.)
On a side note stay strong with the car dude. Integras are a bish like that, some people get one and never get hit vandalized have motor problems or what not. Other people like you and I get a couple jacked hit and other completely odd occurances that just plain suck. Eventually though you end up being able to keep your gsrs and make progress (usually really slow cause those odd occurances) on getting the car to be where you want it.
Hey, since you have the motor out finish the engine bay paint, and do everything right since you get a second chance that way these dummies canāt talk shit any more

yeah the lady didnāt have insurance either but i got cash from her. and yeah Iām thinking of painting the bay black with red splattered paint all over. or just primed because i still have not seen a DA with a primed bay. idk i want something different.
Youāre not being different if you have a primed bay. Thatās pretty much the same as those different colored engine bays. Please, do it right and paint the bay the same color as the car.
