Just picked up a first gen front lip. It fits up pretty good, all the bolt holes line up and will only need minor modification to fit. I put a fresh coat of black trim paint on it and will mount it up tomorrow since its already dark. Has anyone else done this before?

looks like it would hang a decent amount lower than the stock g2 lip. Put it on and take some pictures!
i have one on my car right now. all the bolt holes will line up except for the sides. but for those i just used some slef tap screws to hold them down. it’s also alittle longer on the sides, so you’re going to have to cut off about an inch and a half. it doesn’t also fit perfect around the bends, but i think a heat gun should/could fix that (i just put it on, can’t really tell)
as for it seating lower… it looks like it, but after you bolt it on it actually just sits up higher. i plan on using some washing to bring it down alittle lower.
