1st gen lip on a 2nd gen front bumper?

i just want to know if the 1st gen lip will fit on the 2nd gen front bumper if so how would it work and what will i have to do… thanx

get one and test fit :shrug: im sure you can find one at a junkyard somewhere

Heat it up a little and bend to shape. Cut the ends after installing to sit flush with the bumper

i have one on my 90 teg but it does not fit perfect. but it looks ok… il take pics later…

yeah what hb420 said, thats pretty much what you need to do to make it look presentable.

dats nice… thanx i will try it soon as i can. one more thing did you have to drill holes in the lip and can i use the same bolts and stuff dat comes on the stock 92 93 lip?

I have the lip but its too hot right now to mess with it. Meanwhile if someone has the answer to the above question let me know :read:

Gonna do this since the 1st gen lip looks “fatter” than the 2nd gen lip, plus my 2nd gen lip is beatup bad…
