2 seater oem look, anyone??

i was wondering if anyone made the hatchback look like if it was only a two seater “oem”. i was thinking of getting rid of the rear seats, for weight, i hate the look of the car being gutted
anyone who has done this, and have pics, i would like to get an idea.

YEAH!! thats what i was looking for, is that a 5point harness?? i was thinking of doing exactly what you did.
i honestly dont trust the electronic belts

caboose, that looks really good. where did you get that ebrake boot from? looks so much nicer than our stock ebrake boots.

just a warning, that is the dangerous way to hook up a harness. to be safer either get a seat that positions the harness properly or a harness bar.

ey wat rear strut bar is that? the first one i seen that doesn’t require cutting in the panels… looks sweet…

looks generic
nice board, and i thought you only had the one sparco?

Before you talk, know what you’re talking about.

It should be at a 45 degree angle or more. That set up is fine. Oh and when I had those seat belts I had sparco sprint seats. I am now back to stock.

speaking of the way the seat harness being at 45degrees or more, can it be strapped to the c-pilar bar? or even the rear strut brace?

no and no.

:werd:

oh sorry it’s from some older bmw I found in a junkyard.

looks great.

goes to a junkyard to break into an OG Bimmer and take the ebrake boot
lol

it looks good i guess…i honestly would never of thought of covering the rear section with carpet…but props for creativity…

All he did was take the carpet off the back seats(which you have to anyways to unbolt it) and layed it down. Because of it’s shape, it forms perfectly and meets the rest of the front carpet. That’s all I do as well.

^^^i know…i still wouldnt of thought of doing that…
especially since my DA came with no rear interior…

Looks awesome! Bravo

i wanna know where to get those stut bars and what is the one called that bolts onto the rear seat belts?? is it just a sway bar or what??

i retract my previous statement… after i posted i went to ebay and found a 5 pice kit for $70… nvmd:roll:

i did this to my car last night and it looks great!! only problem is now i can only take one person… oh well the cars are too small for that many people anyways…
