2000 gsr swap in 91 gs check engine light quiestions

So I have a few questions.
I recently got the swap running, and the car seems to run just fine, but the check engine light just beeps and flashes while the vehicle is running. I have the rywire vtec harness, and read their instructions saying that the orange and blue wire off the vtec harness is for checking codes, which I completely don’t understand how that works if you can help. Also, I have the two extra wire connectors for i believe iab, and knock sensor, will I have to run theses with the p75 ecu? the ecu is out of a 94 civic.

I may have over looked the iab, and knock sensors, and can’t seem to find them, and that could be what’s making my check engine light doing what it does.

I know that its probably better to run obd1 but it would of been much easier to run obd0. all you would need is the vtec obd0 distribitor and pw0 ecu, run the vtec and knock sensor wire and done.

oops, i guess i have the pr3 obd1 ecu. So i should hook up the knock sensor and it should run fine? no more check engine light?
