so i got a resonator from a Si i was wondering how would it sound like if i use it as a muffler? i got the cat converter too.:getsome:

It would probably sound pretty crappy. If you were to want that FG/FA tone that the Si’s have, using the muffler should do the trick. There’s a video on YouTube of a DC with stock piping and an Si muffler. I had a Thermal catback on a DA that had a hole in the resonator and I replaced it with a resonator off of an aftermarket 2 1/4 Si exhaust. It turned out sounding way too loud. I figured both being 2 1/4 would be the same thing, thought wrong.
