"The premise of “our” track days is to have a fun, relaxed style competition. We will be keeping the events exclusively affordable which sets us apart from the competition and is what Extreme Speed is all about!

Here are the rules they have agreed to for now, they are willing to change them if they feel that us as a community can tailor them to keep it friendly and simple enough for Hpde participants to be able to compete.

Forethought: This is open to Integras and Civics for 2 reasons.

  1. Integras and Civics are very similar in handling performance (specially with the tuner crowd)
  2. First time a FWD challenge has been set up with ExtremeSpeed so they are not sure what kind of numbers they can get to sign up, if they end up getting plenty of entries they will possibly do a separate challenges.

Street Class Requirements:

140+ twr tires (100+ for sohc)
Shocks, Springs, One way Adjustable Coilovers, Camber kits and Sway bars allowed (No spherical or solid metal type bushings/No reservoir type or premium coilovers)
No splitters, Rear Diffusers or Aero dynamic aides allowed
Only Bolt-ons allowed – Intake, exhaust (Headers allowed for sohc)
Full interior and seats required (Racing seats allowed/Gutted allowed for sohc)
Carbon/Fiberglass hood only allowed (No hatch/trunk replacements)
No Ecu tuning allowed, piggy back or otherwise
No K-swaps Allowed
No Internal Machine work/ No built motors
Roll Cages allowed (No adjustable point bolt-in cages)

Modified Class Requirements:

100+ twr tires only ( DOT R comps for sohc)
Shocks, Springs, 2 way Adjustable Coilovers, Camber kits and Sway bars allowed (No spherical or solid metal type bushings/No reservoir type coilovers)
Intake, Header, Exhaust Allowed (Staight pipe, Aftermarket IM for sohc)
Back half interior removal ok, Both front seats installed (Racing seats ok)
Carbon/Fiberglass Hood only allowed (No hatch/trunk replacements)
Ecu tuning allowed
No K-swaps Allowed
No Internal Machine work/ No built motors
Roll Cages allowed (No adjustable point bolt-in cages)

Unlimited Class Requirements:

DOT R Compounds allowed
Splitters, Rear Diffusers, Aerodynamic aides allowed
All Coilovers allowed, Spherical/Solid metal bushings allowed
Forced induction allowed
Built motors allowed
Gutted interior allowed
Carbon/Fiberglass hood and hatch/trunks allowed
Ecu tuning allowed
K-swaps allowed
Internal machine work/ Built motors allowed
Roll Cages allowed (No adjustable point bolt-in cages)

*The classes are a baseline at this point since the series has not begun and might change based on the input of the community to accommodate more entries. Feel free to ask questions, make helpful suggestions.

Sounds like fun. My car is only lowered on sleeves with exhaust and NGK plugs and wires. I am guessing, I wold be in Street Class?
