3rd gen GSR throttle body on a b18a/b?

Dumb question, but like it says, will a 3rd gen GSR throttle body work on a b18a/b? I’m having an idle issue with my setup - can’t seem to get the idle to drop below 1200 rpms. I have a b20 throttle body installed on a Blox intake manifold. For those who are familiar with the Blox/S2 intake manifolds, the FITV mounting spot is missing, so I need a throttle body that has the FITV mounted to the bottom. I have some vacuum leaks around the TB and I think it’s due to the fact that the B20 TB either doesn’t work with this setup or its cracked. I have a chance to get my hands on a 3rd gen GSR TB and from the looks of it, it should work, but would like to know if anyone else thinks otherwise.
Any thoughts?

through the fast idle away thats junk. yes u can use a 3 gen gsr throttle body. but u need to ext the wires so u can use the map sensor on the throttle body. u will no longer use yours.

haha. If I lived in a warmer climate like you, I’d junk the FITV for sure, but I need to have it. It gets cold up here. Thanks.

The 3rd gen throttle body opens up backwards…meaning you would need to order a throttle cable from Acura…I had to do it with my b18c1 headswap
