400,000 DA integra

Hey guys, I picked up my first car a few months back. A 1991 integra GS with leather seats. I bought it with a blown engine for 700. Not knowing anything about cars, i got my buddies to put in a jdm b20b with 60,000 miles for 400 dollars. so 1100 total. Ever since then i’ve been researching everything about cars and only fixed a few things so far. The car has almost 400,000 miles. Do you guys think its worth fixing? Theres just so much wear and tear damage that I feel like I should sell and find a lower milage DA. at least half the milage of mine. Any opinions will help. Heres a pic (looks funny because its raised so high). Im not really worried about how long repairs will take, its just a financial problem for me.

keep it its worth it every thing for this car is cheap and if u give the car the tun ups and maintence it needs u can make it last 900,000 if you want it to

If you can do the work yourself then yes. If the car has been properly maintained then yes. If not expect a lot of things to be/go bad and be prepared to spend a bunch if you can’t do it yourself.

Yeah, all the work I have done by myself. besides the engine swap. Thanks to forums such as g2ic and team integra I can pretty much fix anything. It’s just lately it has been problems back to back. Haven’t even been able to do any upgrades. I’ll just tough it out and replace everything i guess. hah

I’ve had a da for 3 years and have done barely any upgrades because there’s always something to fix.

Same here. I’ve done nothing but fix stuff. I’m down to only a couple things now. I’m almost replaced every mechanical part of my DB1. Luckily it had some performance stuff on it when I bought it, so I have a little bit to add to the fun

If you plan on doing the work yourself, I say to save old girl

I highly doubt you be able to sell if for even a fraction of the cost to purchase a low millage model. either route you chose, you gonna have to spend some hard cash…
