Don’t know all the info on it, but it’s been done. Do some more research.
I think it looks good, my cousin has a set of 96 JDM ITR wheels, if I had the extra funds I would look into this as well

Or you can always get the 4x100 to 4x114 conversion adapters. I think member Rexone are running these with no probs at all. Saves a ton of money from doing the 4x114 swap.
If I remember correctly (search the 4door thread on H-T), Rexone had the 5 lug conversion adapter kit and he said that you needed at least 50+ offset so the wheels don’t stick out. He also said that he removed the kit because it didn’t feel “safe”…
They ARE not safe
i would not run them at all

I was not recommending them, btw! Just letting him know. I would do the full conv. only if I had the extra money, which wouldn’t be any time soon lol.

yah i would not even run spacers
buy the right offset for the car
Reason why I told the OP about the option above is because I remembered asking Rexone about the safety of the adapters going over 80mph and he said that he had the adapter setup for years with no problems whatsoever shrug
Oh okay, I just read the thread at H-T and saw he had an 5 lug adapter kit on his DB1 and he took it out because it felt unsafe. Maybe he was talking to you about another setup. :read:
Oooohhh, you guys are talking about a 5 lug adapter kit, I’m talking about a 4x100 to 4x114 adapter spacer so you can use rims with a 4x114 lug pattern… has nothing to do with 5 lug.
It has nothing to do with the amount of lugs. An adapter is still going to be unsafe regardless.
why is an adapter unsafe?
if you are talking about losing threads, there are other types of spacers that dont do that

Because the rim is not actually sitting on the actually hub rather it’s sitting on a piece of round metal…
Just do the 5 lug and call it a day
random chime in…do vx’s fit DA’s? i know hx’s will with a little grinding…couldnt find anything on vx’s…
no sir^ vx’s are only 13", they won’t clear our brakes
I think HXs had similar rims and they are 14" not 100% though. Do a search, it’s been talk about.
Why are 4x114 swap? Are you wanting to run 96 spec ITR wheels?
They offer replicas in 4x100 now, I’m hoping to grab a set for my car.
