I have a 1990 GS Integra and, as a complete beginner, I was wondering if the car had a rev limiter. I’m not confident enough to rev the car past the redline, but I was wondering if someone here knew the answer to my question.

If it is a 5 speed it should be in the 7k area give or take 200rpm can’t remember exactly. Automatic would be a little lower.

Short and sweet answer. Yes, it does.

Welcome to the site!
Opposed to a true rev limiter, I believe OBD0 shuts off the fuel. It doesn’t have the typical “BA-PA-PA-PA-PA” at 7000, it just dies. Not completely, but enough to make you wonder what the H is wrong with your car.
I never tried to do this.
It wasn’t intentional. I was trying to break-in the rings. I was so impressed the engine wasn’t trying to vibrate out of the hole. My DB1 would vibrate like mad above 5,500. So, I kept pushing.
