91 GS wont start...need help?? DONT LET THIS BE YOU!!

Hey , the one thing about my 1991 integra GS is that until today, it has always started up fine. Here goes…This is just wrong…
I woke to the sound of banging from the front of the property to find one of those wannabe cops that have no gun and drive around looking for out dated tags on peoples cars, together with this low life tow truck driver straight putting my car on their flatbed.
So I run out of the house to try and explain that my car has only been on the road directly in front of my house for one night due to the fact that some idiot tried to back their pickup into my teggy and gain entry to my garage at 4am in the morning by using my car to ram in my garage door. Foolishly they didnt take into account that my garage door folded outward and they did enough damage to the garage as to get us 2 new garage doors thru homeowners insurance. Besides busting my tail light, and minor cosmetic damage, the teggys front end wasnt damaged in the least.
Back to the point, I was trying to tell the prick wannabe cop that I only had the car on the street for 1 day so they could use the driveway to put in the new garage doors. But this sum biatch wasnt gonna budge to give me a break. So I flipped out (NOT ADVISABLE), calling him several things I’m not proud of but stand by still. Because these pricks take the car, dont leave any contact info, and $600 plus dollars later after updating my registration (partially) I wind up at the tow agency to find my integra now for the first time ever wont start.
It turns over fine, but it just wont start. Now I know that I shouldnt have lost it but I know these pricks did something to my car to cripple it thinking that I’d possibally cough up another $150 to tow it home. So I AAA’d it.

MAIN POINT:
Please help me to figure out how many ways these assholes could knock my car out like this.
The tow guy at the tow yard came over and looked at it for a second and checked my oil and said,“it’s low, thats hard on your distributor”.
So I’m thinking maybe that was a tell, and the other tow punk changed the order on my distributor cap? whats the order they go in?
Also just a few times when I didnt give it any gas at all, the car slighly, slightly gave the impression upon turning over that it was trying to start. But nothing that I have ever experienced be-4.
Man I was victimized by some thief trying to get into my garage but nothing like the way the police, the DMV, and these tow fags victimized me.
Dont let me go out like a total mark and let these punks do me this way. Help me please?
This could be anyone of the members that gets targetted by unsempathetic money driven police agencies in bed with tow agents all looking to shaft anyone they can for the money.
And I slipped up hard.
Help???

Thanks and sorry about the whole scenario instead of just asking the question. I just had to get that out of me…
Peace, Lowjack

The §§§§§ is top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left. This corresponds with the plugs going left to right if you are facing the engine from the front of the car.

For the rest of your questions you should read the sticky at the top.

check ur ecu fuse, plug for distributer, firing order, make sure that ur engine harness plugs are all snugg, also make sure that ur ground for the t-stat housing is connected as well as the one that goes on the tranny

I feel for you man.
I had a friend who was working at a bar and he had his Accord towed. He was parked legally and they still towed it. The thing is he thought it was stolen (more or less kind of was) so he called the cops and reported it. Four days later the cops tell him they found it at the local tow yard. Now the cops didnt let them give it back without charge. They said he had to pay $100 in tow fee, $50 gas surcharge on the tow, and $40 a day for storage.
By the time they found his car his insurance company had given him a check for his car and he used the money as a down payment on a really nice 08 Accord.
The insurance company did an investigation and found out he was parked legally. They sued the tow company for the tow fee, the value of his 99 Accord (cause the car was totaled due to theft claim). Also sued them for the value of his aftermarket parts, and his H22 he had installed recently. If I remember right the tow company thought they were going to get about $190 for the tow. They ended up loosing almost $12,000 for their fucked up way of doing business.

The name of the tow company is Floyd’s of Springfield, MO.

On that note… Another company known for theft (stereo, etc…) after towing is D&L Rideout in STL, MO.

Its disgusting what tow companies try to get away with these days.
I had my 1989 Mercury Sable stolen and luckily the cops caught the people driving it. They were instructed to call me to come and pick it up. But no, it got towed 10 miles and I had to pay almost $200 to get it back too.
That was Henry’s towing of Springfield, MO.
