91 integra Code 16 and 43...

I had my jdm b20 in my teg for about 5 years… 3 weeks ago I started to smell gas number 3 injector was leaking…
When I swap the b20 in I had keep my oe injectors… I put the b20 injectors and wires away…

so it was time to swap my injectors over so I took my time wire in everything found out that one of the injectors was bad…

the injectors for the b20 were shorter then the stock integra.
I order a new injector for a 98 crv throw my job. It look the same as my stock injectors but with the same plug as the b20…

I ended up ordering the whole set…
driven to work there is no problems car runs great… but if I drive it on the freeway or more the 30 mins the cheek Eng light comes on it stats to bog…

i get code 43 and 16 flashing…
I do wonder if I have to get oem parts my car hates aftermarket every time i go aftermarket i get hell…

I been reading about a resistor box. do anyone here have more info on them

Peak and Hold style injector uses a reistor box…

Saturated style doesnt.

If installing newer/saturated injectors, you’d want to remove the resistor box.

thanks

I had order the resistor box bypass… the car died completely. before I had got the bypass.
after checking fuel / spark everything is fine… I trace it down to the computer so I order a chip ecu… the car ran for 5 mins the kill off again…

now at this point I called a honda shop talk to them they told me with what I have done with the car I need to up date the ecu to a obd1 to run the obd2 injectors… this is not what I have read online…
do anyone here have experience with this…

I about to swap back the oem injectors for the car…
