i bought a b series header for my 91 integra , but theres some fitment issue, theres some kind of brace or bar thats in the way, looks like it extra support to hold the rack and pinion, the headers will fit, if only i remove that bar, idk wht to ! plzz help
Are you talking about the front crossmember? It is a well known fact (PLEASE SEARCH) that some headers require cutting of the front cross member to fit. Specifically 4-1 headers
i looked it up and some ppl just remove it, the say theyve driven without it for a while with no problems, but idk if i should do that !

Remove it. It’s been talked about a billion times here, you can search for all the info you may need.

thats nothing bro you can get rid of it to put your headers i have mines off for 7 yrs and had no problem whats so ever but what kind of headers are you using cause i have tri y headers and i had to cut a bit in the front cross member in order to fit it right
How does that part serve no purpose if it was included on every car of the assembly line?
Not every car off the assembly line had it. It wasn’t included on GS-R’s.
No shit?^^^ Learn something everyday. So what the purpose of it in that case? Seems like it would help keep the whole front end more stable overall.
My 92 gs-r had it for sure. Never put it back on after the turbo kit though, don’t need it really.
