Hey guys, so I have a 91 integra , i was driving down the road, everything is good the. My car just died . I figured distributors went bad. Replaced it and still no spark, I checked for power at the distributor, distributor has power. Replaced the relay , still no start , keep in mind while I was testing . The lights , battery, check engine and oil pressure lights would come on, but now only the battery light turns on, I swapped my ecu , but still nothing , check fuses and timing all of this is good . What else could be causing this issue?
does it crank?
how did you confirm no spark?
what about fuel? are you sure you are getting fuel also?

And yes, engine does turn over
Is the distributor known good used or new? Have you checked grounds?
you sure the timing belt didn’t break?
take the oil fill cap off. have someone crank while you look in the oil fill for cam action

Yes I’ve checked the grounds , distributor is brand new and I have the timing cover off , and I also checked for timing
you have keyed power at the blk/ylw tracer wire at the distributor?
Yes it has 12 volts battery power , I’m wondering if the distributor may be defective
not unheard of…
