Hopefully i can get some help here, dont bash me if im missing out on something… Anyway, just purchased a 92-93 type r lip polyurethane for my car. First off, the lip is alittle long so if one side fits properly, the other side has aboue half a inch poking out, Also, the brackets i received with the lip dont fit at all, they are about half the size i need. So what im trying to figure out is what is the best way to mount this lip. My old one had was kinda C shaped, that way i can just screw it into the bottom of the bumper but the new one is shaped like a L. I’d really like to just buy my old one again but its made out of ABS which i cant use cause ill end up cracking due to my cars height. The lip i bought was advertised as the same one that i had, but it was from ebay so you know how that goes… Much help would be appreciated, thank you.

This is the bumper/lip sitting perfectly flush, and this is the bracket i was provided with to fit the lip…

Gap between the bumper/lip from the lip being too long and trying to make the ends even, also the L shaped lip doesnt allow easy scew access onto the bumper, otherwise this thread wouldnt exsist -.-
