92 bumper on a 90?

I put my 92 bumper on my 90 Rs a couple of months ago. Yes it will fit. Did you get the 92 foam cutout as well? If not prepare to do some trimming (not hard though) just be patient and not too forceful or you will snap it into pieces. Take a look into the teg tips I believe they have an illustrated and step by step page on it.
