92 gsr gears suddenly grinding help!

so recently the gears int he car have felt sticky almost, and gears 3 & 4 have started to grind on ocassion
what i have noticed is that when shifting down from 4-3rd its very hard to get into gear same with 3-2nd and will grind sometimes too

car has 190km on it, not driven aggressively, its the stock clutch
not sure if this has to do with the problem as well but, i noticed the clutch cable wasnt in its clip, i clipped it back in, and i checked again and it was popped out again, related?
overall its my DD and i can tell the shifting feels different, the clutch should still be ok shouldnt it? any ideas??
i want to get this fixed before something gets ruined!

Replace ur tranny fluid. It helps takes away small grinds before dey get worse! Maybe u have a leak?

adjust the clutch cable, ensure thats not the problem…it may not be fully engaging. then also change your fluid as above stated it could never hurt

Yep I agree with those guys as well. Check Cable adjustment, change fluid, and then make sure you are pushing the pedal fully in to disengage clutch during shifts. If still does it after that then probably synchro starting to wear down.
