so i might get this 94 type r lip wondering if anyone done it? and if anyone has a picture can you post
They sell 90-93 type r lips…
It will not fit. The DA is more “SQUIRE” then the DC and the DA lips are much longer. Get a type r lip made for the DA teg,i have one and love the way it looks.
i know they sell for the 90-93 but i can get one for 40 bucks, have you guys seen a picture of a da with 94 r lip?
I haven’t seen any pics cause it can’t be done unless you cut the hell out of the lip,witch is just pointless. If you think it can be done then by all means do it,but you’re going to waste your time and money. Buy the lip made for the DA,it might not fit right but it can be modded in less time and will look great.
correction!!! it can be done and it has been done. looks real easy to install too, just gotta buy a polyurethane lip so it’s easily shaped around the DA front bumper, then just screw/bolt it on. here’s a picture of a JDM DC2 Type R lip on a 92-93 DA

it was a post picture from Ominous G2. i found it in the “post your favourite car picture” thread on page 92, then another g2 member asked how he mounted the lip on page 93, post #1854 and #1855.

I did ask on the Mod forum for TI and called friends to ask and they all said the same thing,but one did say anything was possible if you take the time to do it. So true cause that lip looks so clean on a G2,thanks for the link as well,ill be showing this to others if they ask.
