I was wondering been searching this for sometime with not such luck on a good write up or using different honda belts, so here is my question Would I be able to use a 94 & up Integra front seat belts on my 91 Integra? Any help would be great!!
You can use just about any Honda seat belt. It’s all generally the same process…
you probably can, however the only issue with this is that there is no place to bolt up the seat belt on the B-pillar as far as for USDM DA’s. You can solve this buy welding a nut onto the B-pillar to allow the seat belt to bolt up like in JDM/CDM DA’s. And if you do this, you would have to drill into the plastic cover pieces that covers the a and b pillar or use cdm covers for a cleaner look.
Figured I could use something else but could use a little heat on the AB pillars to mold the plastic to look like a stock hole for the top mount and use fiberglass mat to complete the pillar that is cut out for the auto belt…
Not sure how well that would come out, may have to do that then try and smooth em out and maybe cover them with something? Idk. I was gonna attempt something like that but decided to hunt down the Canadian trim pieces.
Yeah waiting on this kid from Canada to get back to me on the pillars and belts but hope he comes thru because I want to put in my jdm armrest
