my question is my a/c works fine for about 15-20 min… after that it comes warm… and to make it cold again i gotta shut it off for about 10 min… does this mean i need to recharge it or is it another problem

It could be as simple as needing a recharge but you might also have a leak in your system. It was explained to my like this…When your refrigerant gets too low the AC system only has a limited amount of pressure in it so the cold air wont last. It takes some time to build it back up again so you go w/o AC for a little bit.
What do you think guys? Any other ideas?

Sounds about right. Try looking at www.autorefrigerants.com for their R-12a Freon replacement – it WORKS, and very well.
Get the Recharge kit for something like $39 and you’re set.
