this is a sweet idea i hope it goes through i would love to make the trip. I have tow dolly so ill just tow it there then cruise around haha. LETS DO IT!
Wow this would be an awesome meet, but a 5400km round trip road trip is a bit excessive, as awesome as it would be. I would love to say I’m in and join you guys but I think that’s more of a pipe dream.

I was thinking about something like this after I attended an awesome gathering of Rotary Enthusiasts up in N.C. last month. We drove the Dragons Tail. 318 curves in 11 miles. I believe that all should attend this wonderful place at least once in there life.
It was all worth the 14 hours driving up alone in my 84 Boosted Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE. Along side my cousins and their 06 RX8. Then a nice and easy 13 hours back home. One guy drove his 3rd Generation RX-7 38 hours from California. He was recognized and awarded some nice gifts. There was a car show and many vendors. My cousin even won a nice Stage 2 Exedy Clutch Kit from a raffle. Mad pics that I will post up soon on Off Topic.
I will do it all over again next year if I still have my 7.

I drove 20hrs each way in my DB2 in 2003 from Long Beach, Ca to Oregon for the last West Coast Meet. It was by one of the best times I’ve ever had.
I don’t think its possible to do anymore though. I don’t think there is enough committed people on G2IC anymore.
