Nah. I won’t be coordinating with another large event like that. It takes away from the whole point of the meet. HIN is it’s own thing.
This is one of those once in a lifetime type of meets, with a specific focus. It needs to stand on it’s own.
We got in just in time for the 2010 schedule for the local track. I’m going to be calling the coordinator to figure out some package pricing, track configuration, etc and will be back in touch with you all with the choices.

This sounds like a decent idea, in Texas everyone could meet up in Dallas or something. We should make some lists of the basic parts of high failure to try and bring along. MFR, axles, fuses, full size spairs, basic tools…
i’m actually thinking about having a certain sponsor nearby with a nice truck of parts and tools for our disposal. i’ve been thinkin about an event like this for a LONG time.
we’ll see.

those that do come should invest in stickers with our screen names for the tegs so others can relate each car with a person also we should all have ither shirts with our screen names(pay our own at home before we go just get a set design or logo) or get name tags of some sort… also well need some sort of private carwash on site… some of us will b driving 15+ even like myself 20 hours to get there we will need a nice wash and wax on site!
This would be something I would be down for, my integra would be trailered the whole way down. Im always worried about something breaking on my car and getting stuck. Theres not too many g2’s around the hbg area.

there will be some costs involved. I want that to be clear, these costs will be prepaid and nonrefundable. The fees will be due well before I rent the track (mainly b/c i need your fees to do it lol). Pricing and whatnot is being negotiated.

Dyno Fees (trying to negotiate pay on site/run)
Event Shirt Fees - $22/shirt
Food Fees - $15/person - working on BBQ for the event.
Hotel/lodging is up to each person to work through. But I’m working on possibly some deals with some nearby hotels.
