when i drive theres something that sounds like a tiking or like a winding noise coming from around my cluster??? wtf? help please
Could be a dried out speedo cable or the cable isn’t completely clipped to the gauge. Does it get louder or last longer when it’s cold? Other than that, I’d get a flashlite and check the tranny end to see if the speedo gear drive unit is bolted down properly.

Does the speed of the ticking seem to speed up with the wheel speed? Then I’d opt or a regrease of the cable. since you can remove the cable from the housing at the trans end, do yourself a quick check and remove the speedo cable, give her a short test drive and see if the sound goes away. Also, when you lube the cable up, after inspecting it, don’t put too much grease back on. The way the cable turns in the housing it will auger the lube up into the cluster. Not good.
