K Im taking a Ls and putting the jdm b16 pistons and rings, with a port and polished head with crower 403s with valve springs and retainers. I want to put a zex kit on with a 55 shot. A friend told me that I should retard my timing by neg two degrees form stock and run colder plugs. I want to know if anybody has run zex before and if they had any suggestions. How safe will it be ona motor that is going thru a midlife crisis to the other one gets swapped in, and what clutch should i run in ti i have a a clutchmaster stage 1 rightnow will that work or should i upgrade?
