Im going out on a limb and am going to say that its a problem with your ABS system… maybe?
Seriously though… Have you checked your brake fluid? Low fluid is the #1 cause of the ABS light coming on. Whens the last time you did any work on the brakes/axles/hubs?
low fluid causes the park brake light to come on.
check the codes. it’s pretty much the only way
As stated there is no way to properly pin point the problem without pulling the code.
I have that problem too on my gsr but its my fault i ripped the wires on accident. check your abs fuses

actually on my old integra gs… low brake fluid caused my brake light to come on and eventually a few mins after the abs light would come on too… but this is a totally different problem than yours… pull a code and wa-la… 
is it on right when u turn the car on or when you start rolling? if it only comes on as you start to roll then most likely it’s a wheel speed sensor… fronts arent too expensive but rears are very expensive…AND yes… i hate abs … so glad i dont have it!
yes. low fluid will cause both lights to illuminate. but not just alb light

Make sure there’s no connectors loose. If you check on the rear left where tail light connector is there should be a pink connector. Make sure the pink connector is connected. The only way to fix your abs properly is to check the code. The abs computer should be located in the rear right passender side panel. There should be a black tab where you can remove to see the red blinking light when the car is on.
