i have the b18a1 and i cant remember somewhere i think around 300… but i got a deal on it…

i got a act clutch and flywheel combo from clutchcity.com. they had a good deal for me…check it out.

all b-series flywheels are the same. i got an 8lb flywheel, and didn’t notice a whole lot of differance to tell you the truth.

i just noticed an increase in mid range tq and the quickness of the climbing of the revs…

I can tell you that for daily driving with my built motor, I wish I went with the streetlite and not the prolite. Engine RPMs drop pretty hard sometimes, dipping in the “almost stall” range. Shifting isn’t a problem, it’s coming to a stop or letting the revs down.

With my stock 91 RS motor, the 8.8 Prolite works great and I have no problems with RPMs dropping off too quickly. I was debating between the ACT 8.8 and 12.5 and am glad I went with the 8.8 since there have been almost no driveablility changes for me since the change.

I run a 7.5 lb Fidanza, no problems here, B18A. The top three threads in this forum are about flywheels.
