Do i need to purchase new upper control arms for the adjustable ball joint ingallls camber kit?
Is your car lowered?
yes its lowered. I brought new tie ends inner and outer along with new lower ball joints. I haven’t put them on yet because i need a camber kit bad and want to put everything on at once. I don’t know if i should just buy new arms with the stock ball joints and use anchors for the front camber. Or just buy some adjustable ball joints.
Would this be a good camber kit to use? Only thing is I know nothing about buying bushings. Where do you usually go to but and have bushings put on? How much does it usually cost?
I have the SBC adjustable upper balljoint for camber on my slammed car and it works great – designed for use with the stock A-arm.
I know they have adjustable A-arms for 94-01 Integra and other ppl have supposedly put them on a DA. Can anyone who knows about these speak up please?
PS: I have SBC camber kits all around, at least a 2" drop and I have front camber at -1.3 and rear camber at -1.5. Running a rear bias setup – Ground Control coilover kit with Koni Sports, stiffer spring rates in the rear.
The ingalls extreme kit i have just replaces the top of the UCA and acts as the adjusting piece (has adjustable sliders on the piece that bolts into the frame). I will never trust any of those adjustable UCA kits like the S2’s with the 4 tiny allen screws holding them in place. No, you don’t need both. It’s one or the other, and if you have the ingalls you’re set
ok cool thanks alot guys. So i guess i am going to go with the adjustable ball joint camber kit. Ill just have the ball joints put on my old UCA!
ok so I just have my old upper ball joints removed and replaced with the ingalls or spc ones?
Yes, this’ll work just fine.
