AEBS intake manifold

AEBS came out with their intake manifold that is suppose to make more power in the midrange. Anyone have experiences or more info?

There’s a long post about this on honda-tech right now. It has longer runners and a bigger plenum. Claims that it can make up to 10-15+ HP over a type r manifold. One guy posted a dyno sheet and it show him making something like 12 whp over his stock piece (on a stock type r). I’m going to wait until there’s more dyno postings before believing it. If it actually does what it claims and for the price (under 200 for the satin finish), I would seriously consider swapping out my type r manifold for this.

do they got a manifold for just the b18a in an LS?? cuz im looking for some headers and a new manifold… trying to find the best.

i am also interested in this manifold, but cant seem to fine any info. if someone finds info, post it here or create a link.

I was wondering about this manifold… after doing as much research as I could. I decided on the Victor X manifold by JG Edelbrock… seemed like the best design for a turbo’ed car and I saw a dyno article in super street or one of those magazines. It yielded like 40 hp on a fully built turbo honda.

I dropped about 320, from a local performance shop, for the satin finish. Upon inspection of the manifold everything looks and fits 100% minus the fact that I had to get a CRX brake fluid container.

wow, $160, im going to order one today.

oh wow… 160 ain’t bad at all. Is it really worth it? and what kind of actual intake should i get? people have been suggesting weapon r’s, but just asking cuz i’d really like to know so i can buy and install both at once.

new pirce at accordinglydone.com is $145, unfortunately they cant take credit card so i had to go to nipponpower.com and get it for $183 shipped. well see how it does, but im confident that it will outperform the my stock manifold. so ill be happy with that
