AEM High Perf Brake pads come with shims?

I am considering getting the AEM High Performance Brake pads for the rear brakes… I’ve found them for $38.99 shipped. Can anyone that has used them tell me if they come with the SHIMS shown in the picture below (from AcuraAutomotiveParts.org).

No, the AEM pads do not come with the OEM-type shims, nor are they needed with these particular pads.

Instead, AEM pads have a shim that is riveted to the back. Makes installation a bit easier.
