hey does the aem short ram intake give off a nice deep sucking sound when you accelerate. becasue right now i have an intake that i got off of ebay and it doesnt give that much off a sound that i know of. i have a 2.25 cat back so the exhaust might be drounding out a little but even with the hood up and standign in front of the car it doesnt sound that loud

I have the AEM short ram in my integra and I love it! At the lower rpm’s the sound isn’t all that loud, but once you hit the 4-5’s the thing is a friggen monster, and turns heads all over, I love it!

i got an ebay intake
i can hear it sucking when i have the hood up at an idel, and i can hear it when i rev it from the throttle thing on the manifold
also i love the sound of the intake, roars 
suckin has nothin to do with the piping its all in the filter i think, go by a K&N filter and throw it on there save some $$

what would you recomend doing
just byeing the k&n filter or geting an aem short ram
i kind of want the aem because of the guality and to haev the name on my car but i kind of want to save some money
