acura doesnt sell just the caps, i need a number2 cap, any info is appreciated, someone wants to buy the head, but i need the cap to sell it, its crucial…

you are aware that each cap is honed while its on the head coming from the factory. that’s why honda doesn’t sell them seperately. if you do find a replacement be sure to inform the buyer of the mismatch cap so they can have it corrected properly. that would be pretty messed up if the future owner burns up a pair of expensive camshafts because he/she didn’t know of the mismatch cap.
