yo, a friend of mine removed the fabric from his black 90 ls w/ blue/black interior door panel and it was black underneath, what color is it gonna be if i remove it from my 91 gs w/ tan leather interior, that fabric part is tan so what is that part underneath gonna be?? i wanna know so it’s not like some weird color, lemme know…
the part underneth mine was tan and the glue was green. im in the process of recovering it in black.

I didn’t remove the glue, i’m putting another piece of cloth over it.
The glue isn’t that hard to remove. All you have to do is go out to the hardware store and by a gallon of acetone, get some clean rags put the acetone on the rags, and wipe the glue off. Just be shure that you do it in a well ventalated area and take off all the plastic pieces around the door because this stuff will eat right through the plastic.
