so, I have a Viper (DEI) alarm, the 2 output channels produce both only 1v… I can’t use it with a standard relay (12v) so what these output can drive?? only 1v… is my reading bad or something else…? I need to drive a relay with that output… but a 6v relay wont work too! and smaller is only pc board relay… I can’t do anything with that… anyone can help?
hum… I saw on the DEI site that the outputs send ground signal… not positive… but when I chek it it shows me 1v positive… I’ll look at it tomorow, probably solve my problem! 
yeah, the outputs do send a ground signal… that’s why you got a wrong reading.
