In my teg, everytime i start the car this ALB light turns on. I dont know wut it could be except for antilock brakes, but thats ABS. Anyone wanna help?
ALB light??? hmmm…never heard of it.
Does anyone know wut it is??? I checked the manuel, couldnt find it. No one seems to know!
He probably means ABS. If you have manual, check the brake section that has ABL section for codes.
If it is a yellow light right in the center of the guage cluster, then it is “Anti Lock Brakes”. The USDM version calls it “ABS - Anti-Lock Braking System”. I didn’t know other versions said ALB instead of ABS, but if you say so. 
Im positive it says ALB. Im pretty sure it means antilock brakes too. Does that mean my car is the JDM version???

Canadian 90-91 models have “ALB” instead of “ABS”. I’m pretty sure it’s identical, but they just called it Anti Lock Brakes instead of Anti-lock Braking System. I think in '92-'93 they changed it to ABS instead of ALB.
There’s a section in Teg Tips on diagnosing ABS problems. Might wanna check that out. Otherwise do a search on here for the Helms manual online (the URL has been posted several times on this board) and use it to help you.
