im stuck trying to get them off. do i have to take of the whole trunk liner thingy?
are there only the 6 screws to take off, or is there more?
The first set of altezzas i had i didn’t take out the trunk lining and it took me so long it wasn’t even funny. Take out the trunk lining up until about the speakers. If you have to people one can hold the lining while the other gets the screws. There is only six screws too. I hope that helps. I did this with my cousin and they took me about 20 mins to put them in.
If you mean that the existing headlight are hard to get out, then try tapping the screws one at a time. The taillights are stuck in place, but they can come out. Just try to tap all six screws.
Sorry, on that last post I said headlights, but meant taillights.
easiest way i found to do it was to pry with a big flathead screwdriver on the outside of the car between the end of the tailight (where the little vents are and where the chassis is. Just pry it just a bit then go over to the other side and do it there and back and forth it should come very easily just be careful not to damage anything
