Alternator Solenoid valve fuse

i was driving my car, and when i got home and tried to leave about 20min later… the car would not start… Fuse #14 is blown and when i try to put in a new on it blows it right off the bat…The fuse is the Alternator Solenoid valve #14… I have a solid cel and im not getting spark,or fuel pump prime? whats going on? its a 90 acura integra

im havin same prob with my 92 accord my winter car i gotta figure it out bc the teg needs to get off the road before the winter gets bad

i check main fuel relay and tried 3 different ones so i know its not that what could it be and where do ppl know where these # fuses are
