ok i did a wire tuck but now i have the ground wire on the alternator left …one end goes on the alternator of course were does the other end go to now 
if you are talking about the thick white wire, that goes to the battery (or the fuse box that was under the hood). if you go straight to the battery, there really needs to be an 80 amp fuse inline. this is how the alternator charges the battery.

It goes to the underhood fusebox. but im sure if you put in an 80 amp fuse. it would be acceptable to run it to the battery.
Personaly I would just run it back to the fusebox.
