I have a '91 Integra and I just installed a Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator in it and it came with a single slim fan attached but it did not have one for the A/C. My car has working A/C and I have NO intention of losing the A/C as I live in Hot A$$ Florida. I was able to finagle the A/C fan on the Radiator but it is about 2 inches off the Stock Manifold. My question is, when I install a header in the next couple of weeks, will it get in the way of the fan? I was hoping to hear from someone who experienced this also.
Thanks!
did the stock fan come on the passeneger side?
Car came stock with 2 fans, the one on the pass side is controlled by the temp and the fan on the driver side turns on when you turn on the a/c
Mine is in reverse i think. the one on the driver side kicks on with the termostat and the passenger side with the ac
[QUOTE=DA_all_day;2293016]just get a slim fan instead of trying to use the large stock one for the ac.
I see someone else has you busy with nearly the same question-
Thanks for the Picture, I was trying to not get another slim fan but it looks inevitable. My old beater truck has one on the front of the Radiator but isn’t hooked up, I guess I will rip it off and install it on the G2.
How did u wire the one on the right. I got the same setup exept i dont wanna mount the slim fan on the radiator fins. Im so confused with my wireing
Well with the mishimoto slim fan install kit the fan doesn’t sit directly on the fans. There are little pads that go on each corner of the fan. I haven’t installed the radiator in my car yet so idk how im gonna wire them up yet.
