Another ICU Question but I think it applies more generally

I’m looking at part numbers for used ICUs on eBay and I think only the first 11 digits are significant. I think the part number is 38600-SK7-A01 and that the final 2,3,4 don’t actually indicate a unique part, right? Based on that it looks to me like all USDM second gen Integras use the exact same ICU so as long as the part number starts with 38600-SK7-A01 it should be compatible?

I have a few JDM parts catalogs i can refer to to confirm if they are 100% compatable with each other

It is my belief that these are all USDM ICUs. I think the extra digit just indicates it was manufactured in a different facility or something like that. Maybe I will ask at the parts counter in the Honda dealership.
