Antenna on the bumper?

its funny how n00bs just jump on the bandwagon and get stuff with out knowing what a part is…why get a part if you dont even know what it is?..
You hit a button on the dash and the pole goes up. Flip it and pole goes down.

It’s a stupid piece of JDM ricer garbage, a public announcement that says one of two things:

 1. I’m spacially inept and need assistance parking my already extremely easy to park compact car.

 2. I blindly follow trends regardless of how stupid they look, and I know damn well that if bumper poles came installed as standard equipment on USDM cars, I’d go all crazy about trying to find a JDM bumper without a hole for the bumper pole, and then I’d tell everyone how much cleaner the bumper looks without that pimple up there.

I find this thread fascinating, because the OP said “I want that antenna on my bumper,” and when told that it wasn’t an antenna, he said, “Whatever, I want it anyway.” Truly fascinating.
^^^you forgot #3- people who jump on the bandwagon and buy parts with no knowledge of what a part is or what is a parts function…

^^^first off, its not an antenna its a POLE. second, why would it raise by itself when it gets closer to a car or wall? that makes no sense at all…

POLE, antennae, same fucking difference, as if you don’t know what I meant. Since it retracts and has characteristics of an antennae, that’s why I called it an antennae.

I was guessing it raised itself when it got closer to a car or wall cuz I compared it to those backup sensors they have on the new cars nowadays. I thought it had a sensor somewhere on the front bumper so when you’re close to a car or wall, the POLE raises itself giving you an idea of how close you are, fully extended means your like a foot away or whatever… how does that not make sense??:whisper::crazy:

“Hey, I need that. Now what does it even do?”
