Any suggestions for suspenion upgrades?

I live in a small farm town in the foothills of the cascade range. I drive on a lot of windy back country roads that you can haul total ass without having to worry about police. There are occasionally potholes of course. I currently have the stock suspension, its not in too bad of shape but i want to upgrade.

I DO NOT WANT TO LOWER my car. I like the stock height.

Any suggestions of what to do? I need the stock clearance and something that’s good for high speeds through corners

since its an old car… replace all bushing with Energy Suspension bushings!

Bushings, you can replace the sway bars with aftermarket ones (do your research), dial in more camber (though most kits are likely to try to remove negative camber), and a good alignment.

koni/gc its the ultimate set up and you get to maintain super close to stock ride height. you should also be looking into better tires as well. upgrading your suspension will force your tires to work harder.

I recommend the hardrace rubber bushing over the polyurethane energy suspension ones. I have the same spring rate and same shocks on both my integras with both kinds. The hardrace has a smoother ride and doesn’t squeak.

The polyurethane can be stiffer so spend a little more and get the Hardrace.

nobody mentioned tires. if you want to stay at stock height, tires will help make a big difference. what do you currently have?
